Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days after your order is placed. Processing times may vary during holidays, sales, new product launches, or other high-volume periods.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and the shipping destination. You will be able to review all available shipping options before completing your purchase.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.
Typical delivery times are:
United States: 3–7 business days after processing
International Orders: 7–21 business days after processing, when available
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your order has shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Beautiful U Collective is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped, the package is in the care of the shipping carrier. Beautiful U Collective is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages after they have been marked as shipped or delivered.
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with neighbors, household members, your local post office, or the shipping carrier.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available depending on your location. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, or additional charges required by their country.
Beautiful U Collective is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Multiple Shipments
Depending on the items ordered, your order may arrive in separate packages. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.
