Beautiful U Collective is owned and operated by Beautiful U Salon & Spa. This policy applies to products purchased through our website and salon services booked through our website.

Product Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and help make it right.

• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. Items must also be returned with any original tags or packaging, when applicable.

Returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

• The following items may not be eligible for return:
• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Worn, washed, or used clothing
• Items damaged after delivery
• Personal care or beauty-related items, if applicable
• Custom or special-order items, if applicable

Refunds for Products

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be accepted depending on product availability. If you need a different size or item, please contact us to see if an exchange is possible.

Salon Service Deposits

Beautiful U Collective may be used to book salon services provided by Beautiful U Salon & Spa, including services such as haircuts, styling, color services, and other salon appointments.

A deposit may be required at the time of online booking to reserve your appointment. Any deposit paid online will be applied toward the total cost of your salon service at the time of your scheduled appointment.

No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled salon appointment, your deposit is nonrefundable.

A no-show means you do not arrive for your appointment and do not cancel or reschedule according to our cancellation policy, if applicable.

Salon Service Refunds

Salon services are nonrefundable once the service has been provided.

Because salon services require time, labor, professional products, and a reserved appointment slot, refunds are not issued for completed services.

If you have a concern about a salon service, please contact Beautiful U Salon & Spa as soon as possible so we can review the situation and determine whether any adjustment or follow-up appointment may be appropriate.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your salon appointment, please contact Beautiful U Salon & Spa as soon as possible.

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time in order for the deposit to be transferred to a future appointment.

If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, the deposit will be forfeited due to the short notice and the reserved appointment time.

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, your deposit is nonrefundable.

This policy helps allow our stylists and service providers enough time to offer the appointment spot to another client.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have an issue with a product purchase, deposit, or salon service, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

Filing a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting us may delay the resolution process.
